Dr. Joshua Bowen, an Assyriologist specializing in Sumerian, Akkadian, and Hebrew languages, holds a Ph.D. in Assyriology with a minor in Hebrew Bible from Johns Hopkins University. As a Fulbright Scholar and recipient of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (D.A.A.D.), he conducted research with Dr. Konrad Volk in Tubingen, Germany. Dr. Bowen also earned a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University, a Th.M. in the Old Testament from Capital Bible Seminary, and an M.A. in Near Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
